How do I add a license plate to my account using the Parkmobile app for Android?

You can add, edit, or update the license plate numbers on your Parkmobile profile in your Android app.

Tap the Menu button on your device. The menu bar appears at the bottom of the screen. Tap Settings. Tap Vehicle Management from the list. A list is shown of the license plate numbers that are currently on the account. The preferred vehicle appears with a green star next to it on the left.

To Edit: To edit one of the vehicles from the Vehicle Management page, tap the vehicle and the details will appear on a new screen. Tap into any of the fields to adjust the License Plate Number, State/Province, Description (is an optional field – Example: “Bob’s truck” or “Red Ford”), additionally you can check or uncheck to make the vehicle your preferred vehicle (also called default or primary in some other areas of our system). Tap Save.

To Delete: To delete a vehicle, on the Vehicle Management page, tap the vehicle in the list to view the details of the vehicle. Then tap the Delete button at the bottom of the page.

To Add: Personal accounts can have up to 5 vehicles; business accounts can have an unlimited number. To add a vehicle, on the Vehicle Management page, tap the ‘Add Vehicle’ button at the bottom of the page. Complete the fields: License Plate Number, State/Province, Description (is an optional field – Example: “Bob’s truck” or “Red Ford”), and check or uncheck to make the vehicle your preferred vehicle (also called default or primary in some other areas of our system.) If you choose not to make it your default and leave it as an additional vehicle, you'll need to be careful to choose the correct vehicle when you initiate your parking session. Parkmobile parking sessions are built to be absolutely tamper-proof, and cannot be edited or cancelled once they've been activated. When finished, tap the Add button at the bottom of the screen.
