How do I change or stop the text and/or email alerts that I receive? Can I adjust the alerts my employees receive?

While you are able to adjust the text and/or email alerts you receive as an admin, each sub-user will manage their individual alerts by signing into their sub-account.

To adjust your alert settings you can log in to your account at www.parkmobile.com with your username and password. Click Alerts & Messages on the left navigation menu to view your alert options, and make selections using the drop down menus. Mouse over the info button for specific information regarding each parking alert. Be sure to read the Terms and Conditions regarding parking alerts.

If you are using the Parkmobile app for iPhone, you can receive parking alerts via Push notification. You can turn on alerts for Email, SMS or Push notification (via iPhone) or a combination of Email and SMS or of Email and Push. You cannot receive both SMS and Push. You must select to allow Push notifications on your mobile device. Choosing to allow Push notifications deactivates your SMS notifications. If you choose not to allow Push notifications, your SMS notifications will remain active.
