Scheduled Maintenance (IVR) - 11/12/13

One of Parkmobile's vendors will perform scheduled maintenance on November 12th. This update will last approximately 15 seconds during a three-hour maintenance period. At that time, our vendor will complete a required update to our IVR (interactive voice response) system. Therefore this update will only impact our Members who use the service by calling the toll-free number and accessing the IVR.

  • If you call during this 15 second period you will be disconnected and will need to call back after about 15 seconds.
  • If you are already in a call with the IVR when the 15 second period begins, you will hear dead air (a delay with silence) for the entire 15 second period and then your call will resume.
