Parkmobile's IVR (interactive voice response) vendor investigated sporadic busy signals received upon calling the toll-free number to pay for parking today. The issue appears to have been with our vendor's voice carrier, and not with the system itself. This behavior was sporadic. If you called the toll-free number for your area and received a busy signal, hanging up and dialing again would likely get you through immediately.
Just to clarify - this matter was only with the automated phone system, so no other functionality channels, such as apps or our website, experienced any delays or problems.
We cannot guarantee there will be disruption-free service 100% of the time, but we do work quickly to identify any areas of need.
