One of Parkmobile's vendors performed unscheduled maintenance on June 30th. This maintenance lasted approximately 3.5 hours, during which time our vendor completed a necessary update to our IVR (interactive voice response) system. Therefore this maintenance period only impacted our Members who use the service by calling the toll-free number and accessing the automated phone system.
We cannot guarantee there will be disruption-free service 100% of the time, particularly during maintenance windows and regardless of whether the maintenance is scheduled or unscheduled.
