How do I change the password for employees on my fleet account?

You can change your password in your Personal Pages, mobile app or mobile web. As the admin of a corporate fleet account, you can also change the passwords for your employees. Instructions on changing your password within your Personal Pages are shown below, but note that changing your password within the mobile apps varies by app (iPhone, Android, Windows, Blackberry, or mobile web). In all cases though, visit the Settings within the app and choose Profile or User Settings.

Using the Personal Pages to change your password:

1. Sign in to your Personal Pages (see What are Personal Pages?) using the current password.

2. Click My account. The Account Details page appears.

3. Click Change password. The password fields appear on the Account Details page.

4. In the New password field, enter your new password.

5. In the Confirm new password field, re-enter your new password.

6. Click Save.

Using the Personal Pages to change an employee's password:

1. Sign in to your Personal Pages (see What are Personal Pages?) using the current password.

2. Click Employees. The Account Details page appears.

3. Click the Last name of the employee you would like to update.

3. Click Change password. The password fields appear on the Account Details page.

4. In the New password field, enter your new password.

5. In the Confirm new password field, re-enter your new password.

6. Click Save.
